Thank You Mom, Thank You Dad For All the Wonderful Things I Have
Children will love this wonderful journey with a little boy who is ready to start learning about the five senses. Join him as he sees, smells, tastes, hears, and touches things that bring his senses to life.
Thank you, Mom, thank you, Dad for my ears with which I hear. I listen to wonderful lullabies at night, which allow me to sail off to sleep by the beautiful moonlight. I hear the hoot of an owl at night. When not expecting it, it can be such a fright. Then the wind will blow by my window, causing me to cover my head with my pillow. Ah, the soft, sweet sound of the birds chirping outside in the morning makes me smile, for I know springtime is forming.

Chloe’s First Job
Write in the journal I got for my birthday and get a job? That sounds too much like homework to me. Okay, I will give it a try and wow, you will not believe it, my journal has become my new best friend. I tell it so many secrets and nobody, but you, will ever know what they are. My parents think it would be a good idea for me to get a job at the family business for the summer. Well, maybe it could be fun since it is a toy store...Come with me to work and watch what happens, because I tell my journal everything.
Dear Diary, I thought it would be a great way to hang out and play with all the new toys because it is a toy store.
Goodnight for now.

Dublin Helps Cook Thanksgiving Dinner
Mom said I am old enough to help prepare Thanksgiving dinner. I am so excited to help, but while mom is talking to dad in the kitchen, I have decided to start without them, uh-oh I guess I did not understand exactly what mom was saying. Come into the kitchen with me while I help cook Thanksgiving dinner and find out what goes wrong.
Since mom said we needed to clean the turkey first, that sounded pretty easy to me. Dad put the turkey in the sink and held it up for the cleaning. He turned to talk to mom and the next thing I knew, I heard mom say, " Dublin , what have you done?!"
Dublin Makes Latkes for Hanukkah
Hanukkah is here. It's a time for family gatherings and celebration. Enjoy this story of the festival of lights as this family follows the traditions they are forming and prepare for a fun night of food, love, laughter, prayer and gift-giving.
Mom and dad are letting me help prepare for a Hanukkah party at our house. We are having family over for food, prayer, games, and gift-giving. What a great way to celebrate and learn about our holiday called Hanukkah and the traditions our family has started. Come on over and spend it with our family.
Happy Hanukkah to you and your family, Dublin
Chloe Sneaks Out Her Bedroom Window
Mom and Dad want me to go to sleep early so I can get back into the routine of going to school, but it is hot out and I still want to play outside. Come with me on another journey as I write in my journal everything I am about to do and the lessons I learn when making my choices.
Oh Jezebel,
I could not help myself. Last night, after I finished writing to you, I just could not take the heat anymore. My parents were downstairs watching television and oh, if my parents only knew--at least that's what I was thinking at the time--boy would the look on their face be funny.
I will tell you more tomorrow, Chloe
